We accept returns and exchanges processed within 15 days of receipt of your order.

To accept a return, the products must be unused and with their original packaging.

To make a return, write to: info@gloriasurfacepatterndesign.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

15 days after the purchase, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Returned products that are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that your return has been received and that the refund has been approved or denied.

Damaged Products

G&Silk is not responsible for breakages or damage to shipments during transport. Neither of the damages derived from an incorrect washing.
